Shipping policy
Processing Time
Ready-to-ship pieces are processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation and payment clearance.
Bespoke Fit and custom orders — made to your exact measurements or specifications — are dispatched within 4–6 weeks from the date your measurements are confirmed. We will notify you by email and WhatsApp when your order is ready to leave the atelier.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Business days are Monday through Saturday.
Domestic Shipping — India
We ship across India via reputable courier partners including Blue Dart, Delhivery, and Shiprocket. Standard delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 5–7 business days
- Remote and rural pin codes: 7–10 business days
Shipping is complimentary on all orders above ₹5,000. A flat shipping fee of ₹150 applies on orders below this amount.
We do not ship on Sundays or national public holidays.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to the following countries: USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, New Zealand, and select European countries. If your country is not listed, please write to us at care@nidhimehra.in before placing your order.
- USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 8–14 business days
- UAE, Singapore: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 10–15 business days
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs duties and import taxes charged at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not able to predict or absorb these charges. Please check your country's import regulations before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier partner's website or via our Track Your Order page.
If you have not received your tracking details within 3 business days of your expected dispatch date, please write to us at care@nidhimehra.in or WhatsApp us at +91 98990 04066.
Packaging
Every order from Aahana's by Nidhi Mehra is packed with the same attention as the garment itself. Your piece will arrive in a protective inner cover, placed inside our signature box, and sealed for safe transit.
Bridal and trousseau orders include a handwritten note, a care and storage card, and a cotton muslin bag for long-term storage.
Non-Delivery & Lost Shipments
If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours of the marked delivery date. We will raise an investigation with the courier on your behalf.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided at the time of checkout. Please ensure your address and pin code are accurate before placing your order.
In cases of confirmed loss by the courier, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
