Returns & Exchange Policy.
We want every piece to be right. Here's what to do if it isn't.
What Can Be Returned
Ready-to-ship pieces are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with no alterations
- All original tags, labels, and packaging intact
To be considered for a return, the piece must be unused and in the exact condition in which it was delivered. Items that show signs of wear, perfume, stains, or alteration will not be accepted.
What Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Bespoke Fit orders — made to your exact measurements
- Custom orders — alternate colour, fabric, or embroidery
- Sale and discounted pieces
- Blouses altered or stitched to order
- Jewellery, accessories, and footwear
- Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered after delivery
We encourage you to review the size chart carefully and use our Bespoke Fit option if you are between sizes. Our team is always available to help before you place your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery via one of the following:

Please include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will respond within 24 hours with the return address and next steps.
Do not ship the item back without our confirmation. Returns sent without prior approval may not be processed.
Exchange Policy
We offer one size exchange per order on eligible ready-to-ship pieces, subject to availability of the requested size.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need
- Ship the original piece back to us in unworn condition
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch the replacement within 3–5 business days
The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We will cover the delivery cost of the replacement piece.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method
- Credit/debit card refunds may take an additional 3–5 days to appear, depending on your bank
- UPI and net banking refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days
We do not offer refunds in cash. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a piece that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and send the images to care@nidhimehra.in with your order number.
We will arrange a full replacement or refund at no additional cost. Damaged goods caused by mishandling after delivery are not covered under this policy.
