We stock sizes XS to 3XL across most styles — check the size chart on each product page for exact measurements. If your size isn't listed, write to us; most pieces can be adjusted at no extra cost within a 2-inch range.
Yes. Every order placed through our Bespoke Fit programme is made to your measurements. You share your bust, waist, hip, height, and blouse length — we do the rest. No standard sizes involved.
Stand straight with a soft measuring tape. Measure bust at the fullest point, waist at the narrowest, and hip at the widest. Note your height without heels. If you're unsure, book a complimentary bridal session at our Noida atelier — we'll guide you through it in person.
If you are between sizes or carry weight differently from standard charts, the Bespoke Fit option is the right choice. You can also WhatsApp us at +91 98990 04066 and we will help you decide before you order.
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–3 business days and arrive within 5–7 days across India. Bespoke Fit and custom orders take 4–6 weeks from measurement confirmation.
Yes. We ship to the US, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and several other countries. International delivery takes 7–14 business days. Duties and import taxes at the destination are the buyer's responsibility.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also check My Orders on the website. If you haven't received the link within 3 business days of dispatch, write to us.
All major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and EMI options are accepted. International orders can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, or American Express. All payments are processed securely.
Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, with all tags intact. Custom, Bespoke Fit, and sale pieces are not eligible for return. Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.
One exchange for a different size is available within 7 days on eligible pieces, subject to stock availability. WhatsApp us at +91 98990 04066 with your order number and we'll arrange it.
We pack each piece with care, but if yours arrives with a fault, photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and send the images to care@nidhimehra.in. We will arrange a replacement or full refund promptly.
Yes. Most pieces can be made in alternate colourways or fabrics from our in-house library — organza, georgette, tissue silk, raw silk, and more. Write to us with the piece you have in mind and we'll share what's possible.
Bespoke Fit means your outfit is made to your exact body measurements — not a standard size adjusted up or down. You share seven key measurements, we build the pattern from scratch. There is no extra charge for this on most pieces.
Alternate colour or fabric changes typically take 3–4 weeks. Full bespoke pieces with a new design take 6–10 weeks depending on complexity. We will give you an exact timeline before you confirm.
For bridal orders, yes. Bring your reference — a family heirloom, an Instagram save, a sketch on a napkin — to your bridal session and Nidhi will walk you through what's achievable within your timeline.
All pieces should be dry cleaned by a specialist familiar with hand-embroidered ethnic wear. Do not machine wash or soak. Between wears, hang on a wide padded hanger inside a cotton garment bag, away from direct sunlight.
Fold loosely along the panels — do not compress — and wrap in clean cotton muslin. Avoid plastic covers. Store flat in a cool, dry space. A light steam every few months keeps the fabric fresh. We include a care and storage card with every bridal order.
Steam gently from 4–5 inches away on a low heat setting. Never iron directly on embroidery, zari, or sequins. If you are unsure, hand it to a dry cleaner the day before your event — it's a quick job for them.

You will meet Nidhi or a senior member of her team. You can try pieces from the current collection, discuss colour, fabric, and embroidery preferences, and begin building a look — or a full trousseau — specific to you. Sessions are typically an hour.
No. Bridal sessions are complimentary. We ask only that you book in advance so we can give you our full, undivided attention.
